Hello, my name is Cindy Castelli. I have been a licensed Realtor® since 1987 and also hold the designation of Licensed Broker in the State of Ohio. I graduated from Baldwin Wallace College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business in 1987. Additionally, I hold a Graduate Real Estate Institute Designation, (GRI) and I also enjoy serving as a member of the Akron Cleveland Area Realtors Professional Standards Committee which I was appointed to in 1993. Additionally, I hold the following designations of SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) as well as a Professional Mediator for Akron Cleveland Area Realtors. 

After 32 years of great success in the Real Estate industry, as an agent, a Broker, and in management positions, I thought I had seen and knew it all. But let me tell you, I didn’t!

I was never an agent that changed companies often or easily, but I found myself in a place that I knew I needed to make a move. I interviewed two of the largest Real Estate companies in our area and then I began hearing about a new company called eXp Realty. I watched a couple videos that were on social media and was greatly intrigued. This new and upcoming company offered benefits and incentives that were unheard of in our current Real Estate world!

The more I explored, the more sure I became. After getting the whole picture, the information I learned truly made my decision to move companies so much easier. I just couldn’t leave all that laying on the table. It just wasn’t fair to me or my family!

I made my move in November of 2019 and have been nothing but completely satisfied and happy with my decision. Joining eXp has completely rejuvenated my career and gave me the ability to mentor and lead the agents I have brought in and to propel their careers. The wonderful blessing of it all has been increased sales and income, renewed enjoyment of the career and industry, and more time to spend with my family.
