I joined exp with Cindy just a few months after she did. I knew her from a prior brokerage and when she told me she was switching I was shocked! Naturally I asked why and what on earth is exp!? She told me it was the next biggest thing in real estate! After she explained the exp business model and all the tools they make available for an agents success, I said I think I wanted in! I recently moved to eXp Realty in mid June from a local broker I had been with since getting my real estate license. It wasn't a sudden move but a move I had thought about for quite some time.
